The connection between SQP and tangential predictor-corrector

The SQP method does not linearize at the initial values, and solving the QP problem only includes the correction part, not includes the prediction part?
In the paper [The Advanced Step Real Time Iteration for NMPC], i solve the following QP

this QP just linearize at w,lamda,mu, not at the initial values, Does this include a predictor?
